What's included in the 30-day trial?+

Paid plans include a 30-day trial. You get full access to per-order profit calculation, GST/ITC tracking, and settlement reconciliation. Pro trials also include the 200 AI chat queries. No credit card required to start; you complete payment before the trial ends to keep access.

How does the yearly discount work?+

Yearly billing saves you 20% vs the monthly rate. Starter yearly is ₹9,590 (vs ₹999 × 12 = ₹11,988) and Pro yearly is ₹19,190 (vs ₹1,999 × 12 = ₹23,988). You pay once for the year. All prices exclude 18% GST.

Are prices inclusive of GST?+

No — prices shown are exclusive of GST. 18% GST is added at checkout and is clearly itemised on your tax invoice. Indian businesses can claim Input Tax Credit on this GST against their output tax liability.

Do you offer invoices with GST?+

Yes. Every payment generates a GST-compliant tax invoice issued under GSTIN 29ETQPA1327D1ZU, registered in Karnataka, India. We email the invoice PDF after payment.

What's the difference between Pro and Enterprise?+

Pro is single-PC, includes 200 AI chat queries per month, and uses the local SQLite database. Enterprise is for teams — it includes multi-PC installation, a central private database (Supabase PostgreSQL) with row-level security, custom AI chat credits (pay-as-you-go), and dedicated support. Enterprise is quote-based.

How are AI chat credits priced on Enterprise?+

Enterprise AI credits are sold as custom packs sized to your team. We quote per engagement after understanding your expected usage. Contact sales for a proposal.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and you keep access until the end of the paid period. Yearly plans are a one-time annual prepayment and are not prorated for cancellation.

Is my data safe?+

Yaar AI is offline-first. On Starter and Pro, data stays on your computer in a local SQLite database. Only Enterprise uses the central private database (Supabase PostgreSQL with row-level security) for multi-user teams.
