What does the Free plan include?+
One marketplace, up to 500 orders per month, AI chat with limited queries, full offline support, and the local SQLite database. Single-PC installation. No credit card required.
How are extra marketplaces billed?+
Growth and Pro include one marketplace by default. Each additional marketplace is ₹500 per month, billed monthly. You can add or remove marketplaces at any time.
Is there a difference between Growth and Pro?+
Pro adds multi-PC installation (so your team can use the same data from multiple machines with cloud sync), 300 AI chat queries per month vs 100 on Growth, and priority support.
Do you offer a free trial of paid features?+
The Free plan is a permanent free tier, not a trial. It's designed to let you evaluate Yaar AI with real data before upgrading. Paid plans have a 7-day money-back guarantee.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Subscriptions are monthly and can be cancelled at any time. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Is my data safe?+
Yaar AI is offline-first. Data stays on your computer in a local SQLite database by default. Only the cloud sync mode (opt-in, Pro plan) stores data in Supabase PostgreSQL with row-level security.
Do you offer invoices with GST?+
Yes. All invoices include GST and are issued by Yaar AI under GSTIN 29ETQPA1327D1ZU, registered in Karnataka, India.
